Five years on from the Stoneygate Masterplan and whether it will finally fix Church Streetsay they sent four crews from St Annes, Blackpool, Penwortham and Preston to the gas leak – it’s listed as beginning around 5pm on Saturday .Firefighters also put out a fire that was related to the gas leak – this took place on the corner of Ash Drive and Lytham Road.
There remains a strong smell of gas in and around the Lytham Road area in Warton – according to nearby residents.
