Liverpool legend Roberto Firmino has suffered a dip in form after making a flying start to life at Al-Ahli.
The 32-year-old secured legendary status during a remarkable eight-year career with the Reds in which he scored 111 goals in 362 appearances and won multiple major honours. Riyad Mahrez and Edouard Mendy both joined Firmino at Al-Ahli and he got off to the perfect start when he netted a hat-trick on his first match for the club - a 3-1 victory over Al-Hazem. However, since then, Firmino has only registered two assists, despite his team only losing two of the 11 games they have played so far this season. Following the recent 3-1 win over Al-Wehda, the forward took to Instagram to celebrate Al-Ahli's victory.
But fans of Al-Ahli are keen to see Firmino return to his best, with one saying: “Return to your true level, this is not Firmino. Al-Ahly fans are waiting for your return!” Another one then said: “Waiting for your return Bobby”
