The first batch of the Pfizer coronavirus disease vaccine that will be used for the inoculation of children aged five to 11 years old will finally arrive on Thursday, Feb. 3.
An advisory from the National Task Force Against COVID-19 said that 780,000 doses of Pfizer children’s solution will be delivered at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 around 9:05 p.m. The delivery will arrive ahead of the pilot implementation of the vaccination of kids aged five to 11 on Friday to Saturday, January 4 and 5.
There will be at least 32 vaccination sites for the intlitial roll out of the vaccination, which are located in Metro Manila. In the succeeding weeks, it will be expanded into other hospitals and medical facilities in other parts of Metro Manila and in other regions.
