Photographs of a new wellness centre in Glasgow have been shared, with Holon offering ice baths, oxygen tanks, red-light therapy, 99 per cent filtered air, and more.
Holon, situated on Great Western Road in Scotland's largest city, features a variety of "cutting-edge" wellness services. It has been designed to bring "functional medicine" to people suffering from chronic illness, as well as help athletes and professionals increase their performance.
He commented: "Our flagship space was designed with wellbeing science in mind. Our mission at Holon is to democratise access to cutting-edge wellness technologies and functional medicine diagnostics to help people move towards better health and performance." Elsewhere, calming deep blue hues surround the private ice bath, while warm lighting is set against wooden panels in the sauna area. The red-light therapy room also makes up part of the cutting-edge treatments available at the clinic.
After discovering "functional medicine, in-depth diagnostics and wellness technologies" in the United States and other countries, Fields began his own path to recovery after a prolonged period of ill health. As a result, he wants to bring elements of his journey back to his home city of Glasgow.
