And conference, we have reached our decision.In Glasgow, council tax increased by 5% when the budget for 2023/24 was set earlier this year — which means Band D households pay £1,499.

“We know that people are filled with dread when the bills are going up and up,” he added. “We can’t stop all the bills rising — but where we can act, we should.”
