Gavin Mclean, 44, was discovered on Aberfoyle Street at 3am on Tuesday morning before police arrested a 55-year-old man in connection with the incident.
A man who was found dead at a property in the east end of Glasgow has been named locally as Gavin Mclean.

Real Haghill boys.”Police cordoned off Irongray Street to Aberdour Street in the Haghill area of the city yesterday morning. Residents say forensic teams were at the scene while a Police Scotland mobile wellbeing unit was also seen on site.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the death of a 44-year-old man on Aberfoyle Street in Glasgow around 3am on Tuesday, December 20.
