Cameron Rae has been named locally as the man who died at the property in Perth on Saturday night.
Tributes have poured in for the 20-year-old who has been described as the 'loveliest friend' by a community in shock following his death.
Earlier today, officers confirmed an 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death and is due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Tuesday, April 11. Relative Kerry Burgess led the tributes on Monday. She said: "Fly high my boy. We were so proud of you son. I will always love you. My wee cheeky Cammy, you were just a big lump of fun always wanting a carry on."
