Paul MacKenzie, 52, died following the collision on Wednesday, June 19.
Emergency crews were called to the fatal collision near the junction at Clocklunie Road on the B981, between Crossgates and Inverkeithing at 6.10pm on Wednesday, June 19. The driver of a silver Volkswagen Golf involved was rushed to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment but died a short time later.
The statement, issued through Police Scotland, reads: "We are heartbroken by the loss of a much loved husband, father, brother and son. He will be missed always."
