The crash on the Pacific Highway at Clybucca, north of Kempsey, is the worst road fatality in the nation's history, leaving 35 people dead and injuring 41.The veteran emergency service worker encouraged those affected by the tragedy in the Hunter Valley, especially first responders and healthcare workers, to "talk about it with your loved ones".
