star Christina Ricci has a brand new horror movie on the way, and its first trailer certainly suggests that we have something terrifying to look forward to.stars Ricci as Laura, mother to a seven year old son named Cody , whose move to a seemingly idyllic lakeside farmhouse goes horrifically awry when the pair discover strange creatures lurking near their new home.
The trailer, which you can watch above, begins on an upbeat note, as Laura drives Cody to their new house and the pair start to settle in at the place.However, things quickly take a dark turn when Laura receives a phone call from her abusive ex-husband, who says that he misses her and their son, to which she replies that he needs to get used to it because he will"never see either one of us ever again".
After Laura assures her mother that she is fine and doesn't need anybody else's help, Cody spots a terrifying monster outside his bedroom window. Despite her claims that the pair are completely safe, it quickly becomes apparent that something is very wrong at their new home as the pair are stalked by shadowy figures.
She is soon on the phone to a church suggesting that there is a"demon" in her house – and there are certainly some very bizarre happenings going on in her home if the creepy trailer is anything to go by.
