Molly Ava is a popular online fitness coach who is known for uploading body-positive content to her 100k followers.
A woman has been praised online after she showing how Instagram 'isn't real' by sharing two contrasting images of herself taken seconds apart.
Molly claimed the snaps were not a 'before and after' but were actually both images of her natural body with the only difference being in one of them she was tensing and in the other she wasn't. The fitness coach also revealed that subtle changes such as pulling up the waistband of her leggings appear to make her look slimmer.
"What you see online won't always be what real life looks like. Whilst there is a lot more transparency now online you still need to take everything you see on social media with a pinch of salt. It's ok to want to pick the best photo, pose, and outfit but remember that you shouldn't compare yourself to that one snapshot of someone else's life or body or anything.
