Leeds United have decision's to make over Sam Byram, Junior Firpo, Josuha Guilavogui, Joe Rothwell and Manor Solomon
Leeds United's Championship promotion campaign will be put on hold this weekend as they welcome Harrogate Town in the FA Cup on Saturday evening.
All five players have featured heavily for Leeds this season which presents a dilemma. Any potential business in January will need to bear in mind that three midfielders and two full-backs are out of contract in the summer. If Leeds have several holes in their squad, they will need to spend whilst working under financial constraints, potentially limiting how many players they could sign. Top-flight clubs, including Nottingham Forest and Everton, have breached PSR and been handed points deductions, something which could prove fatal to the Whites' chances of survival if they were promoted.
