Five months on, Lancashire police are still desperate to find missing man Daniel Hives
More than five months on, Lancashire Police are still looking for answers in one missing person's case.
Since Daniel's disappearance, officers have searched the river and surrounding area extensively and have now issued a renewed appeal for information. The Lancashire Police Dogs unit, the Drone Team and the North West Underwater Search and Marine Unit, have been supported by Lancaster Area Search and Rescue, the National Police Air Service and search dogs from Lancashire Fire and Rescue, in the search.Daniel is 6ft tall, of slim build and has short brown hair.
Detective Inspector Adie Knowles of Lancaster CID said today : “Despite an extensive investigation and search, we do not know the whereabouts of Daniel. It is now six months since he was last seen and his family and friends are rightly very concerned about him.
