Over the summer holidays or even just on a warm afternoon, many of us will find ourselves craving an ice cream to cool down. There are so many places to buy a sweet treat like this, but whilst you could pick up a box of ice lollies or a tub or ice cream from the supermarket, it's not the same as going to an ice cream parlour with your friends and family.
To help you out for the bank holiday weekend, here are five of the best ice cream parlous from across the county. Yumi Ice Cream Parlour - Nottingham The Yumi Ice Cream Parlour in the city centre claims to be the city's first ice cream parlour and specialises in delicious ice creams and other desserts. The business was created in 2009 by Mohammed Abbas as part of his placement year studying Interior Architecture and Design, and now it's well known for its tasty treats. The shop also sells locally roasted coffee, as well as desserts like French crepes, American pancakes and Cookie Dough.
