Five major UK airlines sued over 'toxic cabin air' linked to long-term health problems
FIVE major airlines in the UK are facing legal action over "toxic" cabin air, which could be deadly susceptible individuals.
"The evidence begs the question how many more must be put at risk before the airline industry cleans its act up?"union called for a public enquiry Unite are calling for safer oils to be used to lubricate the engines, cabin air filters and better monitoring systems.While they admit it may result in "additional financial cost to the industry," Unite claim the health and safety of crew members is more important.
