The Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 is experiencing a power outage Monday morning, marring the Labor Day and long weekend.
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said Terminal 3 is currently using a power generator to cover important functions including check-in operations and departures.
"There is an area without air-conditioning system, but we are attending to them," he told CNN Philippines."Check-in of passengers is ongoing, departure is ongoing. There may be some delays. Hopefully there's no cancelation." The Manila International Airport Authority said the power outage started at 1:05 a.m. at the terminal that services several international and domestic flights.
