Located in the heart of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront in Canning Dock, Daffodil is a unique dining experience
A floating restaurant on Liverpool's iconic waterfront will officially open to the public this weekend. Daffodil arrived on Canning Dock last month having undergone a dramatic refurbishment. The former Mersey Ferry has been transformed into a dining and bar space following a £3.5m renovation project. The ferry has a wealth of heritage as both a working cross-river vessel as well as being used for functions, parties and special cruises. Now it will open to guests on Sunday, December 15.
The Promenade Bar features teal velvet furnishings and leather seating, with a large granite-topped, copper-clad boat bar acting as a central showpiece to the space.
