A 23-year-old man is now charged with theft.
MENTOR, Ohio - Police detectives used the city’s FLOCK camera system and and video from a RING app to nab a porch pirate.
The officer was also able to obtain surveillance footage from the complex and identified the suspect’s vehicle and license plate. The detective went to the restaurant and shortly afterwards, two men matching the descriptions of the suspects walked outside. One man left, while the second man lingered in a neighboring parking lot.
