I am angered and saddened by the assassination attempt on former President Trump. While emotions run high during political elections, violence is never acceptable. We are a society of law and order, marked by a peaceful, democratic system of government. My thoughts go out to President Trump as he recovers, and I pray that our great nation stands in solidarity against this violence.Rep. Aaron Bean said he was praying for Trump.
