EXCLUSIVE: Foo Fighters fan stole £11k from friends by copying down their card details to follow his idols around the world

A FOO Fighters fan nicked money from his friend’s credit cards and used them to follow his idols around the world.

He then splurged more than £11,000 on following the Foo Fighters on their 2018 tour and planned to gift the band an Argentina shirt at each stop. The dad of one was also ordered to pay back a friend who he’d borrowed £2,500 off and another £993.16 to the card providers despite taking £8,941.47 off the cards.

Grand’s plan was rumbled when one of the victims, Sabrina Watson, received two authorisation texts from American Express and Halifax while on holiday in Bosnia last June.
