Shocking footage emerged this week of a swamped Bell’s Sports Centre as the region is still left reeling from recent torrential floods.
The hall’s rubber floor tiles were pictured dislodged and floating on dirty water, while staff assessed the full extent of the damage. This weekend’s Jurassic Live event, set to be held at Bell’s, has been postponed with alternative dates being sought and refunds being offered. “We are in the process of assessing the impact of the flooding and we will provide further updates when available.
