Footage posted on social media captured the moments before Metropolitan Police officers shot dead two dogs and Tasered a man in London. The video showed officers pursuing a man holding the two dogs on a lead along a canal in Limehouse, east London, on Sunday. The force said it was called after 5pm to reports of a woman being attacked by a dog and officers attended the scene.In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said the"aggressive behaviour of two dogs was of considerable concern and posed a significant threat to them".
It added:"A man was arrested in connection with the incident for having a dog dangerously out of control and assault offences. He has been taken into police custody.
