The first was that it put them in the catchment area for the school they wanted their children to attend, the second was that it is a hop and a skip from the centre of the town and the third is that they were impressed by the property itself.
” The Mill House has retained many of its Victorian features and these have been complemented by the Entwistle’s collection of mid-century modern furniture, including pieces by Eileen Gray and Eames, while the walls are decorated with contemporary art work. The decision to sell came after the couple’s grown up children moved out and they found themselves in a home that was too big for their needs.
