Classic Ford models are brought back either in continuation or in remastered forms, following a brand license agreement with the automotive giant. The first two projects will be a blueprint-accurate copy of the MK1 Escort and a remastered version of the RS200. The company said that at least five further iconic Ford models will follow in the coming years. Fans of classic rally cars rejoice, Boreham Motorworks will bring back the classic Ford MK1 Escort Group 5, and the RS200 Group B monster.
Judging from similar restomods like the Kimera Automobili EVO38, the reborn Ford RS200 could benefit from several enhancements in the design, equipment, and performance.
