Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Retro Package Teased, Debuts April 17

Ford teased the retro-themed badges that will adorn the limited-edition model

Ford will introduce a new limited-edition package for the Mustang, as part of celebrating 60 years since the debut of the original pony car. The 60th Anniversary Appearance Package will be showcased on April 17, featuring special badges commemorating the milestone. A duo of dark teasers reveals the placement of the new 5.0 emblem on the front fenders of the Mustang, along with an additional GT 60 Years badge sporting a similar design.

Ford Last but not least, starting April 17, all owners of the seventh-generation Mustang will be able to access an exclusive new feature through their vehicle's infotainment. According to Ford, all they have to do is turn on the Automatic Software Updates in the Settings menu of the SYNC4 touchscreen and receive this special feature related to the 60th anniversary of the nameplate.
