A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with assault.

Forensics are continuing to scour a Paisley street after a 21-year-old man died in unexplained circumstances.The victim was found seriously injured in the Foxbar area of the town but died at the scene, despite the efforts of the emergency services.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Emergency services were called to Maree Road and Lochbroom Road in Paisley following a report of a disturbance around 4.15pm on Saturday, January 18.
