Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood said that his job was to make an impact as a second half substitute, after his winning goal against Sheffield United.
“It’s nice to come on and make an impact, that’s what we’re sent on to do as substitutes, that’s our role when we come off the bench, we need to come on and make an impact,” he told BBC Radio Nottingham after the game. “We needed to aid the team because they did fantastically well throughout the game, and it’s nice to have a team who showed great character to get this win.
