Run by ARC Inspirations, the new bar will be able to hold 650 people and promises to go big on live sports, bands and other entertainment. An extensive range of food and drinks will be on offer at the venue, with bookings for Christmas parties already being taken. The building due to house the venue has now gone on the market, with offers in the region of £2,675,000 being sought. Being sold on a freehold basis, the listing mentions the new 25-year-lease that ARC Inspirations has signed, with BOX bar's tenancy of the building due to earn its eventual owner £200,000 a year.
"With the festive season just around the corner, BOX is going to be the perfect destination to celebrate and we can't wait to open our doors in November and welcome Nottingham in to watch, play and party." BOX Nottingham will officially open on November 11.
