A once-derelict shopping center, known as 6 Acre Square, has undergone a remarkable transformation, becoming a vibrant community hub with shops, restaurants, office spaces, and recreational facilities. The revitalization project, completed in 2023, has replaced outdated entrances, empty shops, and lack of green spaces with a modern cultural square that caters to the needs of residents and workers alike.
4Formerly known as 6 Acre Square, the centre is also set to open the new Northern Light Cinema - which will be the first newOver 50 years ago, despite being a popular spot with locals, the shopping centre had ugly entrance gates, no green spaces and loads of empty shops.
