Former Florida substitute teacher accused of having sex with 12-year-old student New details are emerging in the case of a former Florida middle school substitute teacher who is accused of sexual misconduct with a student.Pierce is behind bars, facing charges of lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim less than 16 years of age and for soliciting lewd behavior with a student. These incidents happened at Woodlands Middle School in Lake Worth.
The victim says Pierce would pull her out of class telling her the front office wanted to see her. A witness told investigators they saw the victim and Pierce hugging. She told investigators that from October of last year to December, Pierce would have her meet him in two empty classrooms during the school day.
The victim says the last time she was with Pierce was on March 24. She says he picked her up at her house and they had sex in his car.
