The mum-of-two was taken to A&E over the weekend
Former Hollyoaks star Ali Bastian was rushed to hospital over the weekend following her heartbreaking cancer diagnosis.
She shared a post to her Instagram story this morning to thank everyone who had looked after her at Cork University Hospital. Ali posted a photo of herself wearing a puffer jacket, woolly hat and sunglasses.Telling her followers she was now resting at home in Ireland, Ali wrote: "Thank you so much to all at Cork University Hospital A&E for taking care of me this weekend. Back home now getting some fresh air and some rest.
Last week, Ali admitted she was worried she'd be seen as a 'cancer patient' when she lost her hair after being diagnosed with the illness. Doctors first thought her symptoms could be a blocked duct, but when antibiotics didn't stop the soreness, she went to a specialist clinic where tests revealed the cancer.
