Michael Burke said he had 'no recollection of spending time with the victim'
An aviation industry mogul has appeared in court after allegedly sexually abusing a little girl three decades ago.
Burke, now of Rhos Road in Rhos-On-Sea, North Wales, pleaded not guilty to indecent assault. He appeared at Liverpool Crown Court today, May 8, where a jury was sent out to decide his fate following a trial.READ MORE: Prison officers fear 'it's going to go off any day' at HMP Liverpool During the trial, the jury heard how Burke allegedly sexually abused the little girl during the 70s and 80s. On one occasion it is alleged he cornered her in a room and said: "You don’t remember what happened when you were little do you? I knew you wouldn’t remember", before assaulting her.
