Paul Pogba has become a free agent after his contract was terminated by Juventus
Paul Pogba has mutually agreed with Juventus to terminate his contract, the France international has confirmed. The former Manchester United star's deal with the Serie A club was originally set to run until 2026, but he will now leave on November 30 as a free agent.
In a heartfelt statement, Pogba expressed his sentiments:“It has been a privilege to pull on the shirt of the bianconeri and to share so many special moments together.“Even in the most difficult moments over the past year, your support was crucial and I want to thank Juve fans around the world for their compassion.
“I am looking forward to the next chapter of my career and to stepping out on the pitch with my next club.” Pogba began his senior career at Manchester United before moving to Juventus in 2012 for his first stint. He secured four consecutive Serie A titles with the Italian team before making a return to United in 2016 for what was then a record-breaking transfer fee of £89 million.
