He is accused of not properly disclosing the origins of donations to the Northampton South Conservative Association
A former conservative MP for Northampton appeared in court yesterday after being accused of failing to declare the source of political donations to his election campaign. David Mackintosh, 44, attended the first day of the trial at Warwick Crown Court on Monday, October 23.
He is accused alongside Howard Grossman, aged 61, of Caldecott Gardens, Bushey, who according to the indictment was the source of the concealed donations. The proceedings could take up to six weeks.
