Former Ohio State running back Dallan Hayden is transferring to Colorado.
The former Ohio State running back is the latest transfer addition for Deion Sanders’ program, giving his commitment to Colorado on Monday, one week after he officially announced he would enter the transfer portal.Hayden joins a Buffaloes program that is experiencing significant transfer turnover for the second year in a row under Sanders.
While Hayden would have been no higher than third on Ohio State’s running back depth chart, he projects to be a top-two running back for the Buffaloes alongside sophomore Dylan Edwards.Six days into the post-spring transfer window, Hayden remains one of only two Buckeyes who have entered the portal since the end of spring practice.
