Police on Wednesday released officer body camera video of Malcolm Butler's arrest on suspicion of DUI.

The audio drops out for long periods, and certain parts of the video are blacked out.Authorities said they found Butler behind the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz stopped in the middle of the street after 3 a.m. on March 16.
The police report stated he smelled strongly of alcohol, with obvious signs of slurred speech and blood shot eyes, and that he refused field sobriety and breathalyzer tests. The video shows officers talking to Butler while he was in his car, after they asked him to step out, and after they put him in handcuffs and in a police cruiser.
The audio from most of what Butler says is edited out, but the beginning of the interaction is audible.Butler: "Yeah, I make . I’m sorry."At one point in the video, an officer told Butler he appreciated him being cooperative. In another, Butler asks the officer driving him to the police station where he's from and how old he is.
