Tabby Brown, 38, died suddenly last October just days after returning from the Dominican Republic where she had gone for liposuction treatment.
A former Playboy model who dated footballer Mario Balotelli died after complications from plastic surgery, MailOnline can reveal.

The court heard 'two puncture marks' were found in the pelvis area but her family didn't know what they were from, although they added she was in the habit of having 'plastic surgery'. Tabby regularly posted photographs on Instagram until February 2022. 'She was a popular girl, with lots of friends who had a very big public profile but at the same time she was a very private person when she was with her family.' The family, who live in south London, told MailOnline: 'We really just don't know what happened. You can see on her Instagram she went to the gym, and she was a very fit and healthy girl, very strong, it's taken us all by surprise.
In 2010 she went on to star in a number of music videos, including for B.o.B and Rivers Cuomo's hit song Magic Close pal Farah Sattaur – who starred in Ex on The Beach – was among mourners who attended the ceremony, and she posted a picture of the mosque as well as Tabby's flower strewn grave on her public Instagram profile.
