Former Merseyside Police Constable Patrick Fox will appear before a misconduct hearing later this week
A former police officer is accused of discussing sexual intercourse with underage girls. Former Merseyside Police Constable Patrick Fox is due to appear before a misconduct hearing this week to face allegations of gross misconduct . A notice on the Merseyside Police website says the former officer is alleged to have discussed drug use for social activities; used derogatory sexualised language in relation to police acronyms; and discussed sexual intercourse with underage girls .
If the hearing panel determines that PC Fox's conduct amounts to gross misconduct , he could face sanctions including an immediate dismissal from the force if he was still a serving officer and his name being added to the College of Policing's banned list.
