Posting to Instagram on Tuesday, the New York native, 41, detailed some of the horrors she'd witnessed in the deteriorating metropolis before revealing that her teenage daughter was almost attacked on the subway. 'People are smoking crack for breakfast in Times Square ,' she said into the camera as she trudged down one of New York 's dreary, wet streets.
