Lunchtimes in Nottingham have just got more interesting

thanks to a new shop that has opened selling jacket potatoes with a twist. As well as the usual spuds we're accustomed to, Baked offers the Turkish version called kumpir that are stuffed and buried under a mound of toppings.

Inside are four tables with 12 seats for customers who want to eat in - and delivery is available too. The menu starts off with classics such as tuno mayo, chilli, cheese and beans and chicken curry.The specials section has Ottoman with Turkish sausage, olives, couscous, sour pickles, and pickled cabbage. The Mexicano is loaded with chilli con carne, guacamole, jalapenos, pickled red peppers and sweetcorn.

"Jacket potatoes are filling and quick so when people have a set time for their break, they don't have to wait 15 to 20 minutes."
