Judge has called for bench warrant to be issued after accused Michael Gerard McMonagle, failed to turn up at court on Thursday
A former Sinn Fein press officer child sex abuse offences has been found unconscious, a court heard today.
When the case was mentioned in court today, defence barrister Kieran Mallon KC told Judge Philip Babington “my understanding is he is still in hospital”. A PPS barrister said: “I only have anecdotal evidence about that. If that is the case I will not be making an application today.”
