Former Trump Organization executive Allen Weisselberg has been sentenced to five months in prison after lying to prosecutors.

has been sentenced to five months in prison for lying under oath during his testimony in the civil fraud trial of former Presidentin prison after pleading guilty to failing to declare and pay taxes on more than $1.7 million in company benefits provided by the former president’s flagship company. He was released in April of 2023 after having his sentence significantly reduced on good behavior.
