Funeral services are set next week for Josue “ Joe ” Robles Jr., the former chief executive of USAA and retired two-star general who died Thursday at 78. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. July 18 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 20523 Huebner Road . Attendees are asked not to arrive before 9:30 a.m. Robles will be buried with full military honors at 9:30 a.m. July 19 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery .
