A Fort Bend County boarding home operator was arrested by deputies Friday morning. Sheriff's Eric Fagan's office reports on Feb. 23 around 6:45 a.m., deputies responded to a distress call in the 13700 block of New Village Lane concerning an aggressive loose dog in the vicinity.When they arrived, deputies say they encountered individuals within a residence in need of help. Officers then found nine individuals inside, showing signs of neglect and potential injuries.
Morris was sent to the Fort Bend County Jail, where she was booked on charges of Operating a Boarding House Without a Permit.This incident is currently under active investigation with both the Fire Marshal's Office and the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
