Police anti-kidnapping operatives arrested four foreigners for their alleged involvement in the kidnap-slay of a Chinese-Filipino businessman who was abducted in QC and whose body was dumped in Cavite four days after the abduction. | ManilaBulletin
In its report, the Anti-Kidnapping Group of the Philippine National Police identified the arrested Chinese suspects as Bei Huimin, 30; Jielong Shen, 26; and, Sun XiaoHui, 26., were arrested after withdrawing the ransom deposited in their accounts in Parañaque City.
He said the operation was carried out after the victim’s family sought the assistance of the police regarding the kidnapping that allegedly occurred on March 18 and the ransom demand by the suspects. The operations were carried out on March 23 after police investigators were able to determine the locations of the suspects.
