When the masks went on, McGhee got busy, first contacting engine builder Brian Robbins, a friend of his who not only builds engines for HOT ROD Drag Week competitor, but who also works at a major aftermarket parts distributor. “The guy who built the motor, Brian Robbins, builds motors for Bryant Goldstone. Well, he also works at Motor State Distributing at Wayne Automotive here in Michigan. I’ve known him since high school, so he’s my parts contact.
