Four Indian restaurants in Lancashire are in the running to be named the best Curry Restaurant of the Year.
Twisted Indian Street food , Aroma Asian restaurant , Abdullahs Restaurant and Seventy One are all North West finalists in the English Curry Awards 2023. Cumbria's Spice club , Lakeland Spice Cuisine and Maryport Tandoori are also included in the regional shortlist. Lancashire-based curry houses are also featured in a umber of other categories, including Restaurant of the Year, Customer Experience of the Year, Street Food Restaurant Of The Year and Takeaway of the Year.The prestigious culinary awards are now in their 12th year and recognises the high quality of curry restaurants operating in England.
A spokesperson for The English Curry Awards 2023 said: "The awards promise to be a memorable event that honours the dedication and hard work of the nominees and celebrates the rich tapestry of flavours that the curry industry brings to the English culinary landscape.
