BREAKING: Four more arrested over death of PC Andrew Harper killed on duty
Police have arrested a man, 21, and three teenagers who were previously arrested over the death of the PC
The force said a series of warrants were carried out by more than 100 officers in Berkshire and Hampshire on Tuesday, following the officer’s death last month while responding to reports of a burglary. Detective Superintendent Ailsa Kent said: ‘We are continuing to investigate the death of our colleague PC Andrew Harper, and today we have re-arrested three people in connection with this.‘In addition to these re-arrests, we have also arrested a further suspect, a 21-year-old man from Basingstoke.‘This follows new evidence coming to light as the investigation has progressed in recent weeks.
‘This is an ongoing, complex investigation, and we remain committed to achieving justice for PC Harper, his family, friends and colleagues.
