Police confirmed a woman who disappeared in the River Kelvin in Glasgow on Wednesday is still missing.
As the Glasgow Times reported at the time, emergency crews were first called to the river in Glasgow's West End near Eldon Street just before 6pm on Wednesday.While a man was rescued and taken to hospital, a 59-year-old woman is still missing.
A helicopter and specialist cops, including divers and officers operating drones were all sent to the area to assist the search.spokesperson said:"Around 5.45pm on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, we received a report of concern for two people in the water at the River Kelvin, near Eldon Street,Readers’ comments: You are personally liable for the content of any comments you upload to this website, so please act responsibly.
