Co Down musician Foy Vance has announced a special series of Belfast shows with a twist, where he will be joined by a host of local comedians.
Local stand-up stars Shane Todd, Diona Doherty and James McKegney have been revealed as comedians linked to the shows, with a different person performing each night.Hailing from Northern Ireland and deeply rooted in the rich musical history of the Southern United States, Foy Vance has garnered acclaim from fans and fellow musicians alike since his independent debut album release in 2007.
Foy was the second artist signed to Gingerbread Man Records, Ed Sheeran’s label division within Atlantic Records. His songwriting credits include co-writing four cuts on Ed Sheeran’s 2017 album Divide, the title track on Sam Smith’s latest album Gloria and collaborations with Alicia Keys, Rag N Bone Man, Keith Urban, Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, Plan B and Rudimental.
